Jack joined Kovitz in 2023, as part of the acquisition of Newman Schimel, which he co-founded in 2007. For almost 30 years Jack has assisted clients in achieving their financial goals. He values the personal connections that he develops with his clients, treating them as extended family. Prior to co-founding Newman Schimel, Jack developed a wealth of expertise working for Prudential Securities and Mesirow Financial.
Jack had an illustrious career as a professional racquetball player in the 1980’s and 90’s. He was consistently ranked in the top eight in the world during this period. In 2016, Jack was elected to the Illinois Racquetball Hall of Fame. With a passion for sports at the highest level, Jack now advises several NBA athletes.
