Rodney joined Kovitz in 2024 as CRM Administrator. He manages and optimizes the D365 CRM system to ensure efficient operation and data integrity. He coordinates with Kovitz teams to customize CRM workflows, reports and dashboards tailored to organizational needs. Rodney also provides user support and training to enhance CRM utilization and facilitate effective customer engagement strategies. Before joining Kovitz, Rodney worked as a Technical Lead/Dynamics Engineer for Trustmark Companies. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science degree from North Alabama University in Business Management. Outside the office, he enjoys coaching his children in baseball and softball. If he is not at a field coaching, you'll find Rodney at a local pond fishing with his family.
